Alyusra is a renowned healthcare center originally registered under the name Alyusur Islamic Health Ventures, widely known among the public as Alyusra, Alyusura, or Alyusrah. These names derive from the Arabic words اليسر (Al-Yusr) and اليسرى (Al-Yusra), meaning "ease" or "relief" — reflecting the center's mission.
Established in 2001 by Sheikh Dr. Jamil Nasiru Bebeji, the center has been dedicated to providing healthcare services to individuals suffering from various illnesses, regardless of their ethnicity, culture, or religious background.
Alyusra utilises medicinal herbs from different parts of the world, with particular emphasis on those whose benefits are recognised in Islamic tradition and supported by scientific research, providing natural remedies while minimising side effects.
The center also incorporates the Holy Qur'an and authentic supplications as part of its spiritual healing practices, especially for conditions associated with spiritual afflictions.

My passion for healing began in the year 2000, when I realised that many people were suffering due to the lack of safe, effective, and balanced treatment methods. I observed that many traditional healing practices lacked proper standards, while some conventional treatments came with unwanted side effects.
This inspired me to study different systems of healing, including African traditional medicine, Ayurveda, Chinese Traditional Medicine (TCM), and Prophetic medicine, especially Islamic medicine.
By the grace of Allah, I became a memoriser of the Holy Qur'an at a young age and inherited a family tradition of Islamic scholarship and leadership in Bebeji, Kano State, Nigeria.
In 2010, after returning from further studies in Saudi Arabia, I was appointed the first president of the Islamic Initiative on Spiritual Therapy and Family Health Awareness Organization of Nigeria, with the support of traditional healers, scholars, and government authorities in Kano State.
To provide accessible, compassionate, and holistic healthcare services through the responsible use of natural remedies, health education, and spiritual guidance, while promoting the well-being of individuals and communities regardless of their background, culture, or religion.
